Service Description

The Small Group Creative Reset is an in-person creative session for a maximum of six participants, designed for people who carry a high mental load and want to slow down and reconnect in a quiet, focused setting. This is not an art class and no prior experience is required. The session is not about learning techniques or producing a finished result, but about entering a different state, one where the mind quiets, the body settles, and attention shifts away from performance. The group format is intentionally small to preserve privacy, calm, and containment. While the session is shared, the creative process remains individual. There is no comparison, no discussion of personal stories, and no interpretation of the artwork. Participants are guided through a structured abstract painting process with minimal verbal instruction. The focus is on presence, movement, and sensation rather than outcome. Silence and pauses are an essential part of the experience. The session unfolds in three phases: a gentle arrival and grounding, a guided creative process, and a quiet integration at the end. Talking is kept to a minimum, allowing each participant to stay with their own experience. The session lasts approximately 2 hours and takes place in my studio in Maastricht. Group sessions are offered occasionally and in limited number. This format is particularly suited for professionals and individuals who value depth, discretion, and shared presence, and who want to step out of daily mental intensity without entering a therapeutic or verbal setting.
